Seth is known as the GaRoo of Love, Recruiting, Music and Events in/around Los Angeles. He was born in New York and is one of 19 children (including foster children). Seth is a poet, public speaker, community activist and master of ceremonies. He shares a wide variety of life experiences from New York to Los Angeles through hosting, public speaking, events, lectures, storytelling, music, and humor.

Driven by a passion for music and a love for people Seth created Hip Hop Café, as a meeting place for the music industry, agents, managers, and artists promoting Conscious Hip Hop. The café has been honored to have the support of many musical veterans including KRS1, Kanye West, Dougie Fresh, Travis Barker, Yo-Yo, Kurtis Blow, Alonzo Williams, Jurassic 5, and many others. Hip Hop Café has been broadcast live on KPFK and web simulcast in seven countries. Seth Baxter has been interviewed by, NPR, Dennis McCarthy, Daily News, Aadyo,103.1 Palm Desert, Yo-Yo 100.3 KDAY Los Angeles and 90.7 KPFK Artist Lounge, Kiss-FM, Los Angeles, the 2008 International Peace Jam Conference @Loyola Marymount University (with seven Nobel Laureates & over 7,552 attendees, he counted Bishop Desmond TuTu amongst his mentors and friend. One Love Music Festival, these and others to mention, as well as working with TV stations CBS, Fox-TV, VHI, and MTV.

Seth is the founder and co-owner of Hip Hop Café/Spoken Drum LLC in Hollywood. The company provides event planning, entertainment, public speaking, workshops, and seminars. Past events include the Westmoreland Project in Hollywood, The Hip-Hop Pow-Wow sponsored by the D.J. Hazze Hip Hop Educational Center, S.O.T.A Festival of the Arts, Yo-Yo Hip Hop Showcase, Diversity seminars – Escondido School District, Conejo Valley School District., Los Angeles School District Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Seth was a Behavioralist at the Institute for Applied Behavioral Analysis, a Senior Program Director at the YMCA, a Director of the Youth and Government Program, a Director of the Model United Nations Program, and a manager of Quality Improvement for a national company. As well as a long-standing member of the North Hollywood Arts Council. Currently working as a Corporate Recruiter, and consultant on New strategies for retaining talent.

He is now moving into a new phase of his career, with Makers Bar Studios Podcast. Interviewing outstanding members of diverse backgrounds, who are building better communities and new leaders.

Emoiryah (ee-mor-ee-ah) also known as Jennifer Lauren is an uplifting vocalist and songwriter. The soothing sounds of her beautiful vocals and her heartfelt lyrics are uniquely inspired. Her remarkable voice imparts an ethereal and soulful quality to her songs, creating a magical experience for her listeners. As a songwriter, Emoiryah skillfully combines her unique lead vocals with striking multilayered background vocals.

Born in Germany to a musical family and raised in Ventura County, Emoiryah has over 20 years of professional recording experience. Her expressive vocals are featured in many movie and TV scores.

Emoiryah sings Pop, Worship, Ballad, R&B and Vocal Trance as well as Meditation Vocals and beautiful Celtic inspired melodies. She’s worked with the top Trance producers, such as Roger Shah, Somna and Nicholson, been featured on their releases as well as on “A State of Trance” by Armin van Buuren.

Sarah graduated from Brooks College of Design and went on to owning a graphic art design and sign business. She then spent time dedicated to raising 3 children and was an art docent at her children's school. Sarah went back to school this time to earn a degree in business from Fresno Pacific University. Getting back into the workforce, Sarah then became a city planner with emphasis in current planning, overseeing and reviewing design plans. It was after receiving certifications in Coaching, Life success, and Women's Leadership, and over a decade of personal growth and development work, she went into business for herself again as a Business and Life Coach. This had been her professional highlight. Coaching and supporting people in seeing themselves as who they truly are, is monumentally rewarding work.

Sarah is currently a student once again attending Oxnard Community College for a degree in Substance Use Disorder Counseling as a continuation of her life's work. Sharing and teaching these principles of being creative, and stepping into your greatness and supporting people towards loving themself is her life's work. Her life has been a playground for creativity and personal growth and she is excited and honored to share her passion through the process of making art and counseling her clients along the way. Now Sarah has beautifully combined the art and design background and the counseling in her art group classes. It is a one of a kind program and unique to her, Sunshine, as everyone calls her.

Sarah concentrates her personal and professional art towards the abstract style. Sarah has produced paintings and painting projects for clients over the last couple of decades on a large scale. Implementing the paint pour method, canvas is the primary surface for the finished product. Commission pieces are a smaller portion of her business. The paint pour technique has also been incorporated onto furniture such as tables and cabinets. Her specialty is painting musical instruments. Her personal highlight is painting a bass guitar for Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue.
